OUR HISTORY

We are a Peruvian business group with global reach, specializing in diversified and integrated engineering and construction services, infrastructure concessions and property development, renowned for our reliability and commitment and the importance of the projects we deliver.

We started our business in 1955, with the implementation of construction and urban development projects. With passion, efficiency and professionalism, we diversified our operations, developing strong and lasting relationships with our clients.

Our participation in the development of large and complex projects in diverse settings and under the most varied circumstances, allows us to continually innovate our processes and consolidate our position among the leading companies in the sector.

We started our international operations in 2008 with the incorporation of JJC Chile S.A., and then, in 2009, we entered the Colombian market with the company JJC Colombia SAS, carrying out major projects.

More than six decades of work with dedication and responsibility, serving top-level clients in different sectors and generating value through our projects are reflected in thousands of kilometers of roads, thousands of square meters built, dozens of kilometers of tunnels, among other tangible signs of transcendent work.

The results and indicators coming from our management system allow us to possible to monitor the impacts on our stakeholders based on a well-developed control panel. The implementation of the system, which has been in place since 2009 (a first for companies in Peru) is a strong tool to ensure the sustainability of the company, and it also reaffirms our vocation for reliable, ethical and committed work.

CODE OF ETHICS

The rules that guide our behavior and the way we make decisions are contained in the JJC Group's Code of Ethics and Conduct. The guidelines of this code are based on a culture of committed and transparent work, and they are in force both within and outside the scope of our business, in every instance where the interests of JJC group are represented.

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct has the status of a corporate policy and therefore its compliance is mandatory for all the members of the group, regardless of their powers, responsibilities or hierarchical level in the organization. Everyone has the same responsibility to know the guidelines set out in the Code and act in accordance with them, and in no case it will be acceptable to plead ignorance or lack of knowledge.
