Grupo JJC is recognized as the most attractive company to work in the Construction sector
For the fifth consecutive year, Merco Talento publishes the results of its reputational evaluation. The JJC Group is among the 100 leading companies that attract and retain talent in Peru. The Corporate Reputation Business Monitor ("Monitor Empresarial de Reputación Corporativa" - Merco), in collaboration with the business school ESAN and the newspaper Gestión, presented the results of the evaluation "The 100 best companies that attract and retain talent". The JJC Group was ranked first in the Infrastructure, Services and Construction sector, and 41st in the general ranking. "Being in this list and being leaders in the sector fills us with pride. It demonstrates our firm commitment with the integral development of all the people that are part of JJC, where we value their contribution in the important projects that we execute for the country", emphasized Mauricio Garma, Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Prevention. The preparation of the study responds to the objective of knowing what Peruvian workers expect and how they see their organizations. For this reason, more than 16,000 surveys were conducted to different audiences: workers, business school students, university students, the general population, managers and directors of Human Resources, and experts in talent management.
