Capeco Magazine highlights progress in construction of new Plant for Cementos Pacasmayo

The February issue of the Magazine of the Peruvian Chamber of Construction (CAPECO) highlights the progress of the construction works of what will become the new and modern plant of Cementos Pacasmayo. This plant has been considered Latin America's most modern, and its installed production capacity is set to reach 3,000 tons per day.

Carlos Rizzo, a professional engineer and the project manager, said that on average the progress of work is about 75% (at the time of the note): civil works are almost already completed; assemblies and structures are 50 - 60% completed; the mechanical part (i.e. equipment) is at 60 - 65%; and the electrical works at 50.
